Central apartment in a very good area.
The apartment is very well located to visit Marseille in the famous neighborhood of Endoume / Catalans ( 7th district ). It’s downtown, at 5 minutes from the sea, next to the Pharo’s palace et the Old Port. It’s at the fourth flor, without elevator, so not suitable for people with reduced mobility but quite large ( 85 m2 ) and well equiped. There is a balcony to hang up the laundry, have a drink or smoke without disturbing. You will find a piano, 2 computers, 1 video projector ( with a lot of differents kinds of movies ), 1 guitar, 1 ukulele, books, comics and a table for drawing. There are a small bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub. Every bedroom has a double bed, there is a convertible sofa in the living room and there are also 2 single mattress that can be used. The apartement is not luxurious but it’s quite comfortable and nice because the sea is close by. Well suited for children, well connected by the bus and close to all necessary shops.
