Near the living room there is a games room with a cupboard filled with board games. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. A 1st bedroom and shower room await you after having passed an office / library (2 steps down). There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom with spa bath and walk-in shower. The garden is 2000m2 with a little tree house for children. There is a location for a car. Our car is eventually available in the garage if needed. Bikes are available.
