- a big cupboard close to the entrance where to store bags, outdoor shoes, …
- a nice patio where to lunch and spend warm outdoor evenings;

FIRST FLOOR:
- parent bedroom with a 160*200 bed
- 2 kids rooms: One room with a bed that can doubled bed 2 * 70 * 190 and another bedroom with a child bed 90*190.
- 1 bathroom with shower .
- 1 toilet.
- 1 small room equipped with a sofa that can be turned in a double bed, opened on a large balcony equipped with rough bench seat and cushions; mainly my teenagers area.

The whole house has about 140 sqm of living space. We have some toys for children. The garden is about 500 sqm with plenty of space for children to play.

We also have a vegetable and plants garden where you can pick up and eat what you want. The patio is a sunny location equipped with an electric shader.
