Natalie and Christophe made us feel so welcome, meeting us at the airport and providing a beautiful meal on our first night as well goodies to eat and drink! They are the perfect hosts, very thoughtful, and even provided tickets as well as very good information about travel, tourist guides and maps. The apartment is modern, clean and beautifully kept. There was plenty of room for our clothes etc. The balcony for outdoor meals was a great..and very private space.. with views over the trees and surrounds. It was very comfortable and was a great base from which to explore Versailles, chateau, park and city. Lovely to wander the streets full of great architecture, markets and of great character. Le Chesnay too, just adjacent to Versailles, is a very pleasant area, safe and very convenient for the centre of Paris.. and Westfield shopping centre! There are also trains and buses to other towns around. Good local shops to buy food and provisions. This is a great place if you want to be near Paris but also enjoy another area close by the city. We can’t thank Nathalie and Christophe enough. It was a great exchange in every way.

We really enjoyed our stay in Le Chesnay. Close to Paris and neighboring Versailles there is a lot to see close by. Nathalie and Andre were very thoughtful and generous in the guidebooks, wine, gifts, cheese and food they prepared for and left us. They were also easy to reach with WhatsApp for any real time information or guidance we needed. They personify how to be excellent exchange partners and it was much appreciated.
