We are a retired professional couple & experienced home exchangers (50+ wonderful exchanges since 1992). We have also travelled extensively to most continents.
We are non-smokers. Ken was a Buyer and Raya was an elementary & secondary school principal & most recently an adjunct professor at the University of BC. She is also a published author. We love travelling and meeting people from various parts of the world and experiencing their lifestyles. We enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, walking, golfing, good food and good wine. We are flexible and Hospitable.

We have a lovely 3500 square foot contemporary home with a panoramic unobstructed 180 degree view overlooking vineyards & the Okanagan Lake. We live in a resort area near many attractions, including over 100 wineries (walking distance to some), excellent golf courses, ski areas, hiking & biking trails, boating, beaches, restaurants, cinemas, etc.
Our home has wireless computer internet access, big screen TVs, movie channels, exercise & wine making rooms, pantry, air conditioning, etc.

Kelowna has hot, dry summers & mild winters. The Fall is pleasant & picturesque with the wine grape & fall fruit harvesting. We have an annual average of 2000 hours of sunshine & very little rain. The climate here is similar to Western/South Western US, averaging approx. 87 degrees in the summer. (The Okanagan is a semi-desert area). In addition to being noted as Western Canada's premiere wine grape area, the Okanagan is also known for its fruits, vegetable & year-round recreational offerings.
