We are experienced home exchangers and our property features a west coast style home that is the perfect get away for short or longer term exchanges. Upstairs features a main bedroom, vaulted ceiling, fireplace, massive kitchen (foodies paradise), laundry, sauna, and outside deck.

Two separate suites (private and secure) are in the house on the lower levels so we can accommodate 4-8 people.

The View Suite is 1000sq' with high ceilings, lovely woodwork, and of course fabulous views. Full kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom. The two couches fold down to beds as well and are suitable for single adults and children.

The Studio Suite is a 400sq' suite with a queen size bed, small lounge which has a fold out couch, microwave, small fridge, and TV. The bedroom door can be closed for privacy between these two spaces. The bathroom has a spacious shower.

Laundry can be accessed from outside the house for the two suites. The main floor has a locking door to the laundry.

We are open to non simultaneous exchanges and can be very flexible. This is a family friendly location with many outdoor activities, beaches, lakes, a little village (corner store, 2 cafes, a micro brewery, cultural centre etc.), and close to the city of Victoria (30-40 mins). Outside, the property has a hot tub, large organic garden, forest bathing, a regional trail accessed at the top of the driveway, and spectacular views of Mount Baker and the ocean. Outdoor bbq and two hand-built pizza ovens are available and dining is set up and ready for summer or most of the year round. We host AirBnB clients and international artists in residence at different times of the year. We also will offer a car exchange (EV).
