We are a retired couple in our 70ties. Paul is a Kiwi and Deirdre is a Canadian. We spend 6 months in B.C., 3 months in Australia and the balance in New Zealand or travelling. We also have a houseboat in Sicamous and spend as many days as possible cruising the Shuswap Lakes.

In a complex of 30 units in the center of town which is known as The Houseboat Capital of Canada. A comfortable, clean, home that has sun all day long. The west facing double garage has been converted to a family/entertaining room. The patio/deck faces east and gets the morning sun. A five minute walk to shopping and the beach.

Quiet, friendly neighborhood with a short walk or bike ride into town and the beach. Lots of walking/biking paths with sign posts for direction, distance and difficulty. There is a small park directly behind the unit.

Short walk or bike ride to the beach, plenty of places to rent sea-doos, boats, mountain bikes etc. Plenty of hiking trails in the area and two ski resorts less than an hour away with down hill and cross country skiing in winter and mountain bike riding and hiking in the summer. There are over 1000 kms of shore line in the five lakes that make up the Shuswap lake area.
