Sandy and I enjoy our mountain home in British Columbia during the summer months and move to the warmer weather in Cabo San Lucas for the winters. We enjoy outdoor activities and fishing is my passion. Our only son and daughter-in-law live in Calgary, Alberta. This year we would like to return to Calgary to celebrate Christmas with our kids and our first (expected) grandchild.

We built our Custom Log Home on 10 acres in the Bull River area 40 years ago. We are situated 50 Km from Cranbrook and enjoy a spectacular view of Bull Mountain. We are on a seasonal lake that comes in late April and is gone in mid-August. A perfect location for those who love the outdoors! Wildlife can be seen daily and peace and quiet is the order of the day.

We are located next to the beautiful Bull River Guest Ranch, 13 Km from the community of Bull River, the home of the Kootenay Trout Hatchery. The local, Bull River Inn, provides wonderful food and beverages for your enjoyment. We have a canoe to paddle on our seasonal lake and bikes to enjoy the mountain roads and trails. Fernie is a 50 minute drive and Cranbrook, 40 minutes from our home, offer dining and shopping. Kootenay Lake is a 30 minute drive south, and Wasa Lake is a 30 minute drive north. Our small community of Bull River has a pickleball court.
