Our neighbourhood is a beautiful seaside location with hills and lochs within 10 mins drive. We live about 30 seconds walk from the seafront in a quiet side street with the town centre and train station about 5 minutes walk away. We have many great restaurants in our little town so you will have plenty of choice of you wish to eat out. We also have the fantastic Hill House, designed by Charles Rennie Macintosh and built in 1903, now a living museum. Loch Lomond is 10 minutes away and there you can either go for a walk at the lochside, have picnics, or take a private speedboat tour of the loch, maybe being dropped off on one of the many uninhabited islands for a private beach bbq. We are 20 minutes drive from the beautiful village of Luss, which also has many boat tours for exploring the loch at leisure.
