The House is very well managed, very quiet and spotlessly clean.The apartment is serviced weekly by my cleaners who also remake the bed and supply fresh linen and bath towels.

Leading off the Family Room is a backyard outdoor covered retractable roof patio area with BBQ ,Outdoor Dining, seating and small garden.

The House is adjacent to a lovely Council maintained leafy reserve accessible from the house.

Reverse Cycle air Conditioning is provided in the bedroom and the Family room has a gas Heater and Ceiling Fan.The Kitchen is well equipped with gas and electric appliances.

You can Walk to Central Station, CBD , Crown & Oxford Streets with their distinct and vibrant lifestyles. Nearby are the Sydney Cricket Ground, Sport?s Stadium, Fox Studios, Centennial Park ,Randwick Racecourse and of course - Sydney Harbour!

There are excellent Bus & Rail Transport links to the CBD, City, Bondi - Coogee Beaches and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
