My pleasant 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is situated on the main street of Mortdale in south Sydney. It is 100 metres away from the Mortdale train station, which will take you into Sydney CBD in 25 minutes; and 100 metres away from the main bus stop, which will link you to the Sydney bus network. As it is close to transport, there is some noise from the train. However, I have recently installed sound minimizing doors, so the noise should only affect you if you are a light sleeper. It is also a 30 minute train ride away from Cronulla beach and a 15 minute drive away from Botany Bay. There are also many cafes, restaurants (of various cuisines), grocery stores, and service providers (hair dressers, beauty spas, and massage parlours) on the main street of Mortdale, which is literally at my door step. I have an undercover car park, if you intend to use a car. However, with the location, a car isn't necessary. I note that my apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
