We have completed several overseas exchanges. Our gated community does not allow pets nor are we prepared to mind pets.

A modern Subaru Forester is available for the car exchange.

We consider that home exchanges or homesitting is a wonderful way to explore the world at a reasonable cost as well as extend friendship to others who we may not meet in our normal everyday lives.

We are seeking an exchange for a period of 6 weeks to 2 months during mid April to mid June 2017 or 2018 We always look well ahead when arranging an exchange.

We are situated near the border of NSW and Queensland and are 15 minutes drive from Coolangatta international airport. Major shopping centres are at Tweed Heads NSW or Coolangatta QLD We are a 30 minute drive from the famous Queensland surfing beaches which we consider are the best in the world. People here swim all the year round. The average temperature in April May June range from Centregrade 5 in morning to a max of 22 after about 10a.m.

Beaches, Golf, 3 courses, Restaurants and cafes everywhere, Bowls clubs and other large clubs which contain restaurants and all types of activities.
For those who like bushwalking or hiking in the mountains. At the back of the Gold Coast is the hinterland with many klms of walking tracks. Our home is on the Tweed river with a surf beach a short distance from our home.

We expect our home to be left in the same condition as when we hand it over to exchangers. We always ask that exchangers come to our home a day or so prior to our leaving as we like to meet our exchangers. With previous exchanges this has been done and we always have left their home a day or so after they have arrived home. All our previous exchanges have kept in touch with us via Skype on regular occasions.
