Lovely home situated on a peninsula two minutes to pristine beaches.
Visit Penguin Island or swim with the Dolphin's go fishing or just relax alone on one of many beaches. Play golf on one of the world class courses, The local Golf course has 100's of Kangaroos and the public is welcome to see them.
Dine at one of many restaurants.
Only 25 minutes by rail to the centre of Perth or discover the historic port of Fremantle.
Take a ferry and visit the wonderful Rottnest Island and feed a Quokka ( Marsupial )
There is a wonderful new rail link that will take you to the far Northern, Eastern or Southern suburbs as far south as Mandurah.
The Darling Ranges are just 30 mins away.

The Anchorage Neighbourhood is extremely friendly and safe.
We have lovely areas to walk including parks and small lakes as well as to the beach ( about 10-15 mins walk or 2 mins by car )
We situated nicely on the Peninsula which allows a choice of beach either facing North South Or East.
A great place to sit with a Wine and enjoy the Sunset over the ocean and islands.
We have numerous small Islands such as Penguin Island ( access by Barge ) Garden Island , Seal Rock , and Rottnest Island by Ferry.
There is a small group of shops within walking distance. ( small Super Market , Liquor store , Bakery, Chinese , Pizza, Fish and chips, and Hairdresser.
Although we are situated in a residential area the main areas are not far with many restaurants and shopping.

Our home is perfectly situated just far enough away from the major commercial or retail shopping areas yet just a few minutes drive to all the conveniences of a modern town. Also situated to allow easy access by train ,bus or vehicle to Perth or northern suburbs as well as the Historic Port of Fremantle or South to many country and coastal towns or east to the hills. Maybe just enjoy the many beaches close by.
