Such a delightful stay. The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location, and thoughtfully set up to be welcoming and perfect. I put the car in the garage and just walked everywhere for the week, which means I probably missed out on lots of things the district has to offer but made it a beautiful, relaxing escape. I walked along the river every day and into town for shopping and coffee; and I spent quite a bit of time sitting in the backyard enjoying the beautiful garden and surrounds.

Ric and Susan arrived on the Sunny Coast a few days prior to the exchange, and we we're able to meet up and share travel tips and info about our respective houses etc. Doesn't happen often in 'Sim Swaps' so very happy to meet with them. Brights' fall colours were amazing! The timing for the exchange coincided perfectly with the beautiful autumn displays in the mountains, and the bonus was Ric & Susan's warm and inviting house and yard. A big feature was the log fireplace which was well stocked and ready to use, and the warmth from it really made our stay all the more memorable. An ultra-modern home with 3 beds to choose from, garage attached to house, and all top-of-the-range appliances made us feel very privileged. The weather was perfect for most of the time there, and we took advantage of the many cafes, restaurants in the township and surrounding villages. Did a lot of driving to country Victoria for reunions with friends and always happy to return 'home' to Bright, a wonderful base! Thank you for opportunity again Susan & Ric (Happy Campers)

We were privileged to be Ric and Susan's first Homelink guests. They couldn't have been more accommodating, We found their home so comfortable and beautifully appointed and in such a perfect location. We were able to leave the car at home and stroll into cafes, restaurants and shops in a matter of minutes. This area is a must see. The mountain ranges gave us some fabulous views and great drives. We found plenty of interesting local wineries, specialty shops and quaint small towns just a short drive away. We could easily have stayed longer there is so much to do and see. This home exchange will be much sought after. We wish Ric and Susan many happy exchanges. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Paul and Chris
