We are a five-person family and offer you a very bright, sunny, three-storey house with a balcony, a little garden and indoor swimming pool.
Our house, 150 m2, is located in one of the oldest and noblest districts (Döbling) of the city with a lot of green.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, a huge living room (with a double sofa bed)and a kitchen, 2 bath rooms and one extra toilet.
All supermarkets and conveniences are in walking distance, no car is needed. Good public transport! Tram stop 2 minutes away, in 20 minutes you are in the City-Center.
An ideal place to discover the city, or have relaxed days in the green, if you want to escape the city.
