Cozy home with beautiful garden. Relax in the hammock, BBQ on the grill and eat al fresco on the shady patio. We have two bedrooms. One had a queen bed and one is a child’s room with bunk beds. Walk to the Metro, restaraunts, bars and movie theater. Close to Universal Studios and Magic Mountain. Santa Monica Beach is 22 miles away and Disneyland is 42 miles away.

We have friendly low key neighbors. We’ve lived in our home for 15 years and love the neighborhood. It feels suburban but still is very central to all Los Angeles attractions.

We live in Noho Arts District. There are over 30 small theaters in our neighborhood. Universal Studios is one subway stop away and Hollywood is two stops away.. our neighborhood is eclectic with small cafes, restaraunt and bars.
