The house is in a small condo/townhouse/cottage community with a security gate at the entrance. Our cottage is an easy walk to the beach (no roads to cross). The heated pool is just steps from our back door; the main pool and hot tub are not much further! There are community tennis and shuffleboard courts as well as BBQ grills at both pools. The neighborhood is a combination of long term renters, permanent residents and vacationers.

Across the street is an amazing higher end outlet shopping center with a few restaurants, a Starbucks and a ton of shops. Within 10 minutes driving in either direction there are great restaurants, more shopping, golf courses and the possibility to go out on boats, jetskis, etc.
