A newly designed one bedroom apartment located in one of the most sought after areas in Paris. Situated in a small courtyard having recently been completely renovated (2016) by "Kitoko Studio Architect".

The 19th century building reflects the iconic Paris architecture of this era and is just 300m away from the famous Eiffel Tower. The minute you walk in you will fall in love with this beautiful property.

The bedroom has a new QUEEN SIZE BED with a very comfortable SIMMONS MATRESS and SHUTTERED WINDOWS.

The living room has a wall mounted SAMSUNG 49" UHD 4K TV with full internet compatibilities for NETFLIX, WEB BROWSER, YOUTUBE and much more. You'll be able to enjoy French TV with more than 200 channels (some of which will be international).
There is also access to a MACBOOK COMPUTER with a HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET NETWORK so you can look for places to visit, restaurants, shows etc.

The bathroom has a nice ITALIAN SHOWER with HAIR DRYER, IRON/BOARD and WASHING MACHINE WITH DRYER so you can take care of your own laundry on a longer stay.

THE AREA

Just a 4min stroll to the EIFFEL TOWER and its' lovely gardens. A short trip on the metro will take you to the "Avenue Des Champs-Élysées" probably the most beautiful Avenue in the world with all the designer shops, nice restaurants etc.
Near the property you will find the tube, plenty of buses and the RER C “CHAMPS-DE-MARS/TOUR EIFFEL" which can take you anywhere in the city for only a few Euros a day.

TRANSPORT

In Paris there are 3 types of transport:

1. THE METRO. The lines are numbered 1 to 16 and can take you anywhere in central Paris. You will find a metro (line 6 “Dupleix") 7min away from the property.

2. THE RER. These are numbered A, B, C and D and cover greater distances with fewer stops. You will find the RER (line C “Champs de mars/Tour Eiffel") 4min away from the property.

3. THE BUS. There are plenty of buses near the property.

Often, it's best to combine both METRO and RER to travel to places more quickly. You can pick up a map at any of the stations or download the Paris metro app on your mobile phone.
If you enjoy cycling you will find bikes available right next to the property. You will have to register online (VELIB website) and you will be able to book and go. Enjoy a ride around the parks nearby or go cycling along the banks of the Seine into central Paris. You can also drop the bikes at different locations for your convenience.

A 3min walk from the property you will find electric cars available to hire, you will have to register online (AUTOLIB website) and you will be able to book and go. It will cost you around 9€/half hour. You can also drop the cars at different locations for your convenience.

PARKING

You will find some on street PARKING SPACES in front of the property where you can park and pay at the meter.
