Our old 16th century home is located in Montfrin, a small lovely town located in the middle between the Provence the Languedoc and the Camargue.
Montfrin was founded by the roman and is located at the River Gardon. There are still the old castel, templar commandery and roman church. In the city center at 500m there are several bars proposing tapas and simple meals during the summer months. The village has the usual facilities (bread, wine, cheese, vegetables ....)
There is a municipal swimmingpool within 300 m open from in july and August.

Our house more than 500 years old is full of character with wooden beams and stone walls is on three levels, with a large terrace on the top level.
It is situated on the border of the city center 2 living rooms with kitchen/dining area, one downstairs an the other beside the terrace. Both have full equipment and kitchen.
There are also three bedrooms - two have a kingsize bed, and one one with a coatch who can be transformes in a bed
Of coarse the is a bathroom and has all the usual facilities.

Because of the of the number of floors it would be unsuitable for disabled people and small children

Montfrin is ideally located for easy access to the famous Pont de Gard approx. 10km (a world heritage site) Avignon with its Papes palace approx 17km, Nimes with its ancient centre and famous arena approx 17km, Les baux de provence and St remy at 30km and not forgetting the Carmarge 30/40 km approx with its flamingoes, black bulls and famous white horses. Seaside resorts are about an hours drive away.
We would prefer a 2 or 3 week exchange anywhere in the world.

We have had more than 10 home exchanges with families in US (San Franciscco, Tuccson and Huntington), Beelgium, Ireland, Netherland, England ...
