Blanc Close is a quiet cul de sac with lovely neighbours on both sides. We have a brand spanking new shopping centre just opened two minutes away but luckily, traffic to it will not come near us. We have a winery within a few hundred metres, and dozens more within a very short drive or bike ride. We own a night golf driving range which is part of a beautiful but quite difficult nine hole golf course a couple of minutes away and we will happily leave you some clubs to use and as many practice balls for the driving range as you care to hit. The Reid Highway zooms you across to the coast in just 20 minutes arriving at North Beach, and then you can take the coast road and pick whichever beach takes your fancy. The nearest railway station is in the quaint town of Guildford five minutes away. We have plenty of bicycles (another business) which you can take on the train with you. We often train it to Fremantle with our bikes and slowly ride back all the way along the river. It's so beautiful.
