Our modern and comfortable house is located 15 minutes east of Stockholm, just in front of a small lake. It is perfect for a family who is looking for a relaxing place well located to explore Stockholm as well as its beautiful archipelago.
The house consists of three floors. The first one has the entrance from the car parking side, with a large living room, a large bathroom with a sauna and a laundry room. In the living room we have a TV and a comfortable bed-sofa double size.

The upper floor is the heart of our house with its very light living room-kitchen where you enjoy the beautiful view of the lake, which is what we love most from our house. Just outside the fully equipped kitchen you can walk through the glass door to a large terrace with a dining table and a lounge area. Here we also have an outdoor gas grill for a barbecue on the late sunny evening typical of the Swedish summer. On this floor you also find a cozy fireplace, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and the entrance toward the backside, where you have a nice sand box as playground spot for smaller kids.

Going to the top floor you find a hall room used by our kids to play and on the other side the kid-size bed of our younger daughter. You also have two separate bedroom, the one of our oldest daughter and our master bedroom, with the beautiful view of the lake. A third bathroom with bathtub is on this floor.
