Our very bright and comfortable 115m2 flat is situated 16km northwest of Madrid centre in a
pleasant residential town called Majadahonda. It is well communicated with Madrid by train,
bus and car (25mins drive). It is 30 mims from Madrid airport by car and 1 hour from World
Heritage towns such as Segovia, Avila, Aranjuez and El Escorial.

We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and an independent kitchen. In summer
there is a large swimming pool open for residents use. There is a parking space. The area is
enclosed with gardens and there is a resident caretaker.

The flat is central with 2 supermarkets and many restaurants, shops and bars nearby.

It is our 2nd residence and is therefore available all the year round. We could collect and
welcome you at Madrid airport and offer advice. Our flat is ideally situated for a family
holiday to Madrid and daytrips to the beautiful medieval towns and royal palaces nearby.
