In our neighborhood there are young families which children from little to teens, but also older generations. It is a colourful mixture of all generations with children playing outside on the street as it is situated in a dead end, without a lot of traffic. From the Villa it takes only a 5 minutes walk to get to the old part of Ueberlingen, where you find a farmer´s market twice a week with fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese and fish, plenty of cafés and restaurants, two cinemas, summer festivals, theatres, thermal baths and attractions of various kind. Best: everything is so close, you do not need a car! The train station is 90 m from the Villa, from where you can reach other citys like Constance, Meersburg, Friedrichshafen and even Bregenz / Austria. By ship you can easilynreach all different kind of touristic attractions or just stay on a ship a whole day for sight seeing.
