Our apartment is on the 5th floor of a typical Haussmannian building in Paris and was renovated by an architect
at the end of 2017.
It is nice, bright, with 3 small bedrooms and a large living room, perfect for a couple and 2 children.

Close to the Place de la Republique and its 5 metro lines offering direct access to most of the monuments and museums, the apartment is located in the heart of trendy Paris (the Marais area). We can offer tips and recommendations as to the best and most fashionable restaurants / bars / shops that abound in our neighbourhood. Not to mention the nearby parks and the Père Lachaise cemetery for a quiet walk among the trees.
There are numerous food shops just a 5 minute walk away (bakery, butcher's, fruit § vegetables, organic supermarkets, wine cellars).
