We are looking for an exchange for July 2018 and may be for August too.
Large and sunny Appartement with terrace, very close to Paris (two tube stations). There are four rooms and three bedrooms.
The apartment is served by the subway (9 minutes on foot). And then you can go easily to all very famous places of Paris (35 minutes for the Louvre, 40 minutes for Notre Dame, 20 minutes for Républic square…). The apartment is very quiet and just near an enjoyable and big park (1 minute) with play area for children. So you can take advantage of the greenery as tourist attractions.
Just close to the apartment, you have a bakery (5 minutes on foot) and all the store which are necessary with a big market three times à week as well as coffees and nice restaurants (10 minutes on foot).
