We live on a quiet dead end street. The traffic is just the residents who live on the street. We are a 5-minute walk, through the trees, to Beaver and Elk Lakes which have beautiful swimming beaches, playgrounds and a lovely 10 km hiking trail that runs around both lakes. We are very centrally located with most things you might wish to do within a 15-minute drive. There are two shopping villages within a 15-minute walk. A large community pool and fitness center is a 10-minute walk away. Neighbors are extremely friendly and willing to offer advice and assistance if required.
