The house is on a quiet tree-lined residential older street. Great public transit to city centre or walk to the well-known beaches are for shopping and restaurants galore.
The main bedroom has a double bed, bay window with the front verandah view. Another small bedroom, sleeps one, very cosy and comfortable.

The kitchen (recently updated), all modern conveniences, with microwave, eat-in and spacious with sliding door to back garden,cool and secluded. Barbecue and small pond with fountain. Very quiet and lovely, (my pride and joy).
