We have a comfortable home with two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other set up as a reading / tv room with a double sofabed), living room, downstairs study and a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen / dining area that leads to a large sunny deck. There are polished floorboards, a gas cooktop, convection oven, gas central heating, laundry cupboard and wifi throughout. The house is on a quiet, wide tree-lined street, 7km from the centre of Sydney and within a 20 minute walk to two train lines, and a 10 minute walk to four different buses. We have great neighbours!
