We had a wonderful stay at Ros and Franks very comfortable home. We managed to meet with them before the exchange which was really nice. We loved sitting in the beautiful garden with the native birds and the 2 chickens. North Buderim is very central and easy to access anywhere on the fabulous Sunshine Coast. We went to the Glasshouse Mountains for a hike, drove through the Hinterlands and travelled up to Noosa. We had a couple of long lunches on the deck at the Coolum Surf Club and some great meals in Mooloolaba including a Seafood Cruise. Thank you Ros and Frank.

N.Buderim is a great location to explore the Sunshine Coast and the beautiful hinterland. Ros and Frank's home was spacious and had a delightful outdoor area to enjoy. It was close to the local shops. Their communications were good and we were only sorry that we were unable to catch up with them after the exchange. Highlights for us were a hidden treasure of a rainforest walk in Buderim and a sensational meal at Rice Boi at the Mooloolabah riverfront precinct! Many thanks for exchanging with us.

Hi, & thanks for visiting our site -
Our house is positioned in a quiet, leafy residential suburb, with parks and lake nearby. Wonderful and safe for children.
There are four bedrooms, 2 x queen beds, 1 x king single and 1 x single beds. Easily accessible corner shopping centre with medical centre and chemist, KFC, Maccas etc. Including an award winning Gourmet Pizzeria only minutes walk away. The house is very comfortable, with reverse cycle air-con in most rooms, ceiling fans throughout, very large ultra high definition cable television, & all appliances. Large shady rear patio (with BBQ, fridge and comfy outdoor settings) this overlooks our secure, private and peaceful fully fenced backyard & garden. Many beautiful native birds (king parrots / rainbow lorikeets / rosellas / galahs and corellas on show at feeding time daily)
We also have a Chicken Run in our backyard. Our 'Girls' offer up fresh organic 'Free Range Eggs' everyday! They are very easy to look after, however, should you wish not to. We have an army of volunteers in our neighbors and friends who will look after them for you.

Just 1 hour drive north of the state's capital, and Brisbane International airport.
Our house is positioned in a quiet, leafy & friendly residential suburb, with parks and lake nearby. Wonderful and safe for children. Easily accessible corner stores only minutes walk away. The house is very comfortable, with reverse cycle air-con, ceiling fans throughout, large full high definition cable television, and wonderful backyard.

We offer a popular seaside tourist destination with unpolluted 'Patrolled' surf beaches, shopping, cafes & restaurants, service, golf & bowls clubs, and many pubs & cinema.
Very close by we have the attractive rain forests of the coastal hinterland, which offer many attractive walking treks through real Aussie bush lands, pampering bed & breakfast, log fires, spa/massage, and package holidays. Nearby mountain ranges are dotted with pretty craft villages, art galleries, wineries, and fabulous restaurants, a really great drive! World famous Australia Zoo and Aussie World short drive away.
The domestic airport 'Maroochydore - Sunshine Coast' with attractive and very affordable Interstate airfares, is just 10 mins drive. Town buses depart hourly from our front door and within 10 minutes you're in the town centre. Trains to Brisbane etc are 20 minutes away by car, or accessible by bus also.
(Note can negotiate to leave pre-paid 'Go Cards' for the bus and train transport options).
