We spent many evenings at city beach watching the sunset go down. We had the use of their bikes and car. It was all excellent.

Surrounded by bushland with walking trails and parks plus only 3kms to the ocean. Easy access to modern Perth City by bus or car plus with our historic port city of Fremantle about 15/16kms south via a scenic coastal drive. Numerous white sandy beaches nearby and many parks (especially across the road from our house) with great walking trails. A shopping complex with 2 major supermarkets only 10 minute walk away. Great choice of restaurants around this area for either dine-in or take-away. Sunsets down the beach a must, preferably with a wine in hand.
There are 2 public pools close by and the best public golf course in Perth only 2kms away. Our house may be old but it is the neighbourhood that is so attractive.

Bushland and Parks with 2 small lakes across the road. The Bushland Park has many walk trails from where you can see the City and the ocean. 8km to Perth CBD (car or bus) and 16kms to the Port City of Fremantle. A ferry ride from Fremantle across to the holiday island of Rottnest. Then there are the numerous white beaches along our coast.....
