Charming, traditional, well-equipped and comfortable house in quiet rural location. Easy access by road to Visby and coastal resorts. Fredrik and Catharina were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Catharina & Fredrik’s house is typically Swedish, cleverly designed around antique earthenware stoves, and sits in very calm surroundings. The large garden is great to relax and enjoy the sunshine in a hammock whilst admiring the athletic prowess of the cat climbing up the mantelpiece. The guide that Catharina & Fredrik left us contained a wealth of information on the island's best spots to swim, hike, go sightseeing, learn about the history, and more. It was greatly appreciated. Our time on Gotland left us with nothing but beautiful memories. "Raukar" Hoburgsgubben in the South, Jungfrun in the North, the many fishing villages, the wonderful island of Stora Karlsö and its penguins Torda and its guillemots, the famous island of Farö, Gotland’s capital, Visby, and its fortifications, Ljugarn, Katthammarsvik, När’s lighthouse, and so much more… We enjoyed every moment!
