The house has 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is a bathroom with shower cubicle and bath and a separate toilet, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom that is used as a study/storage, 5 rooms and toilet downstairs 2 being used as an annexe with a single bed communicating with small lounge with a sofa bed and patio doors to garden - ideal for a teenager or adult. There is a kitchen and a separate dining/living room with patio doors to garden.
There is a cosy lounge at the front with an open fire place to use for additional heating if required.
Off street parking for 3 cars. Use of a small car is negotiable.
There is Wi-Fi internet access, DVD's and board games, CD, Video players and a smart TV with Freeview channels.The house is not suitable for young children but may consider teenagers.

Safe, tree lined suburban area, walking distance from underground to take you in to the city centre , shops and restaurants near by. A car is not necessary as public transport is good.
We are 2 miles from the M25 a link to the motorways to the rest of England. We are close to local shops, supermarkets, libraries and restaurants some within walking distance and we are short bus rides to other towns and suburbs for shopping or places of interest.
We have 3 nice parks nearby to walk to - one only 2 minutes across the road for jogging or tennis, and it has a children play area t. For a longer walks there are rural areas and larger parks with lakes and woods.

I nostri consigli su cosa non perdere in questa zona
Short walk to a park. The underground, buses are walking distance and transport is good to Central London and suburbs. There are local cafés and restaurants and shops nearby.
We live in a detached family home in a North London leafy suburb with good transport links. We are walking distance from tube with a direct line to Heathrow. 25 minutes will take you to King's Cross / St Pancras - the terminus for trains from Brussels, Paris, and Gatwick - change lines to go anywhere in central London. The main shopping areas, such as Knightsbridge, Covent Garden or Oxford Street / Regent Street, are bus or tube rides away so access to culture: museums, galleries, theatre and music is easy. Also mainline stations for leaving London to other places for day trips or weekends away - Bath, Oxford, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and further afield such as Scotland and Wales are all accessible by tube.

We are a small family of 3 with our son who has just left home. He may join us with a friend on some of our holidays in USA and Europe but he most probably will choose not to
. We have just enjoyed our 3rd long trip to Australia and New Zealand.We would like to go away from January - May 2017 and would consider offers for long simultaneous exchanges. The NSW and Northern Western Australia is an area not explored yet. We are not interested in being in the cold but would like stopovers in USA or Asia at either end of the trip..
We will also consider 1-2 weeks in Europe in September/October 2016
We are committed non-smokers and do not like people to smoke in the house and we do not have house pets. We would look after outside pets with full instruction..
