We had a great time in the surroundings of Long Sutton. The information was super and very helpfull. We walked a lot and visited some cities. While relaxing at home, the cat Trixie liked to come to us to be petted. Our communication with Laura and Sean was fine. They took great care of our animals and left our house tidy. If you like hiking, we can definitely recommend this exchange.

The house gave us a home feeling. The house itself was well equipped and the garden was wonderful. It was nice to sit under the trees. For us it was a comfortable exchange, thanks again. Henk and Miekie.

We had an ulterior motive for completing this exchange as the location was only a few miles from where we used to live many years ago. It was a very good trip down memory lane. Great correspondence with Laura beforehand - easy communication and everything worked like clockwork. The house and garden are perfect and the location is very good for visiting many parts of Somerset which is a lovely rural county. An ideal exchange.

August 12th-20th 2021. Good communication with Laura and Sean. A spacious and comfortable home with a lovely peaceful garden. Lots to see and discover in the area around. Wells was the favourite, visiting The Bishop’s Palace and the Cathedral. A lovely market too. Other highlights were the Somerset Rural Museum, Montacute House and Lytes Cary Manor. (National Trust) We also enjoyed the visiting fish and chip van on Tuesday evening. A lovely exchange enhanced by a visit from London family. Thank you to Laura, Sean and Rowan. X

A great house and child safe garden in a pleasant location with lots to see and do in the area.

We had a fantastic (but sadly all too short) holiday in Laura and Sean's home! Their home is cozy, comfy, has all modern amenities, and the garden is ideal to relax in. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it's just a 15' walk away from the market place in Wantage, and ideally situated to explore this beautiful region: the North Wessex Downs, the Chilterns and the Cotswolds are all less than half an hour's drive away and offer endless possibilities to go walking, Oxford is so to speak just around the corner, and London is within easy reach as well. When we arrived there was a nice welcome present, dinner was provided, and there is a very detailed and thorough guide both to the house and activities and sights in the area. This was my 14th home exchange but one of the best so far!
