The spacious home of Colin and Sarah is in a quiet area of London, but everything is reached easily by subway and bus. Many restaurants, pubs, bars and shops are nearby. A lot of information was left for us by our hosts and communication was very good before and during the exchange. Besides visiting various parts of London, we also did day trips to Brighton and Arundel, which are easily reached by train. Last but not least we enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels from the living room window. We thank Colin and Sarah for the exchange and for leaving our home nice and clean for our return!

This was a great house in Clapham and a fantastic base to explore the city. Numerous bus routes pass very close by and the tube station was handy too. The house was very comfortable and spacious, and Colin and Sarah had left lots of useful information.

We had a fantastic time at Colin and Sarah's house. The house is very nice and located on a side street and is very quiet. From the windows we saw foxes and squirrels. A short distance away is Brixton which is very lively and also Clapham North. Clapham Common park is also a short walk away. Thank you

Convenient place to live as good transport links to the centre of London with the bus stops just a few hundred yards from the house. Good sight seeing and plenty of places to visit. The owners left wine and snacks to start me off. Good ideas of local cafes and convenince stores were left in the introduction. Bikes were also left for me to use. Thank you Sarah and Colin!

Colin and Sarah's home was in a wonderful location for us to explore south London. We enjoyed walks on Clapham Common, Brockwell and Ruskin Park and used bikes to go further afield. We enjoyed visiting the theatre in central London and were back in Clapham within half an hour. Their home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you.

This was our first direct exchange and it could not have been a better experience. We had a great stay at Sarah and Collin's lovely and very peaceful home in the middle of bustling London. The location is great with excellent access to public transportation. With all the helpful information left for us we felt very much at home straight away. The house is well situated in London near bus stops and parks. Lovely modern, clean and tidy house with very colourful garden. We enjoyed the outside seating area very much to eat out and share with family. We had an excellent exchange experience.

We had nine lovely days in Sarah's and Colin's home. Underground, busstops, shops, pubs, and restaurants are just around the corner, but being situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is at the same time extremely quiet. We have always felt very comfortable in the house and garden. The communication with Sarah and Colin was good right from the start, their useful tips helped us to prepare a relaxed and varied holiday and we felt very welcome. Thanks a lot!!!

Sarah and Colin's house is close to Clapham common and local amenities, but it's in a really quiet location. You wouldn't think that you were in London! We were made very welcome in their spacious and comfortable house. Go with their recommendations for pubs and restaurants - they're spot on!

We stayed 8 nights in Colin and Sarah's place. Everything was perfect. The location is great for getting around London. It is on quiet mews off a main road. There are lots of cycling routes around if you take a bike. Clapham Common and Brixton are close by. 15 minutes walk. There is a shop 2 minutes walk away. The home is bright and airy. There is a lovely outdoor space with lots of plants. The bedrooms are great for a family. We would recommend an exchange to London and Clapham Thanks.

La maison était parfaite et le quartier agréable. On a apprécié de pouvoir se relaxer dans le petit jardin. On a pu voir aux environs des écureuils et même un renard. L'accueil est très chaleureux et il y a le guide de la maison et des environs est très complet. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances chez Colin et Sarah.

A great place in a vibrant district for a visit to London that is more than the usual tourist tour. Colin and Sarah were wonderful hosts.

Ma fille et moi avons passé chez Colin et Sarah un séjour dans les meilleures conditions possibles. La maison est vraiment cosy et calme, en retrait de la route principale. Nous avions toutes nos aises, chacune notre chambre et de bons lits. Le centre de Londres est facilement accessible, en moyenne 30mn en métro selon destination. Clapham est un quartier très sympa avec un beau parc et tous les commerces nécessaires, supermarchés, pharmacie, pubs etc. Nous reviendrons très volontiers pour un nouvel échange ! Aline

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Colin and Sarahs house. Their home is immaculate, and in a great position for getting to all the sites in London by bus or train. They were very helpful in answering our queries and making sure we knew how to get to the places we requested.

We had a great time at Sarah's and Collin's home in London. Situated off the main road in a quiet yard it is very easy to reach by public transportation (the bus stop is right outside of the house). We would have loved to enjoy the patio if the weather had not been so cold. The house is very clean, tidy and cosy, there are a few restaurants in the vicinity and a little supermarket a few minutes walk. We had a good contact with Sarah and Collin, received a pleasant welcome package and had a chance to meet them after our exchange in person. We enjoyed every bit of this exchange and would be happy to return again.

Le centre de Londres est facilement accessible en bus ou en métro et le quartier offre beaucoup de commerce pub etc ... . C'était parfait. Nous avons pu nous rencontrer à notre retour, ce qui fut aussi très agréable. Je vous recommande cette maison vraiment au calme.
