Just 13-minutes level walk to city centre. Our modern, 3-bed apartment overlooks trees and gardens at the back, and there’s an expanse of greenspace at the top of our street, offering rest and relaxation when you come home after exploring Edinburgh’s many attractions. From the top of Leamington Terrace you can see Edinburgh Castle, which is a short walk from our conveniently located apartment.

The city centre, Princes Street Gardens and other major attractions are within a short walk too or you can use our convenient bus and tram network to explore our wonderful city. You can reach the heather-covered Pentland Hills by our Number 10 bus (which stops just round the corner) for hilltop views and great rambling. Visit the East Lothian coastline for beaches and championship golf courses. The choices are many.

Our comfortable flat is ideal for one couple.

We have our bay-windowed lounge to the front. At the back is our newly renovated kitchen/diner, where you can sit and enjoy the view over neighbouring gardens and towards some of the city's traditional tenement homes. Our master bedroom, with en-suite shower, is also at the back. We have two further bedrooms, used for music and study. We are on the first floor of this well-maintained building, up one flight of stairs. Being one apartment of six, we know all our friendly neighbours well.

If we’re away with our car, we can offer private parking.

From home it's 12-13 minutes level walk to Haymarket Station for trains to York/Manchester/London or the beautiful Highlands. The Airport: 30 minutes by tram or 20 minutes by taxi.
