Een fijn tijd gehad in een leuke buurt van Tilburg. Rustige wijk, maar toch vlak bij de stad. We voelden ons heel welkom door het welkomstpakket en de leuke berichtjes. Een zeer geslaagde short break

Heel rustig gelegen woning in de groen stadsrand van Tilburg. Perfect om met de fiets de stad of de natuur in te gaan. Wij hebben het absoluut naar onze zin gehad.

We had a very pleasant stay in Tilburg. Due to corona, we did avoid busy places .Instead enjoyed the comfortable house with lots of toys for the kids; the kids also loved to play in the quiet street and soon made friends with the neighboring kids; we used the bikes and step to the Spoorpark and have a nice picknick. Also the woods (wandelbos) was a nice place to go to. Thanks Marieke, René, Roos and Lieve for this succesful exchange and also for taking good care of our house and chickens :-)

We had a wonderful time! We felt very comfortable and it was everything there what we needed for feeling home and having a great time. There have been a lot of brochures about the city and surroundings and also tips for other places you can get easy by car or bike. The location was also perfect. We did walks in the park nearby the house, cycling tours to other citys and national parks and also an trip to Amsterdam. The garden was perfect for having breakfast and dinner outside, reading a book etc. Once we had a problem Marieke and Rene have been very helpful and sent us a lot of information and also came back to us to check if everything is fine. In common they have been super friendly and lovley. So if you're looking for an excellent exchange and a relaxed time in Netherlands this is where you should be. A pleasant house in a part of the Netherlands that gives access to many great towns and cities, both in the Netherlands and in nearby Belgium and Germany. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return to the Netherlands. It was nice to see places outside of Amsterdam. Would recommend Maastricht.

We enjoyed our trip to Tilburg very much for three reasons: The very lovely Klerks-family: Thanks for welcome us so warm! The cosy and clean house and the backyard (trampolin, childrens play house and the hole garden enclosed - what else do parents and children need? ;) ) And the very beautiful Netherlands. Tilburg is a nice little town with friendly people, a city centre to shop a little bit and a lot of hayfields and woods around. If you like to do a bicycle tour is this your place to be!

We had a fabulous holiday in Tilburg which was a great base and family home to explore Holland, Belgium and Germany. We made trips to Amsterdam, Efteling theme Park only 15 minutes drive, Domburg and Aachen in Germany. Tilburg has great shopping and restaurants close by. The house was great, very spacious and had everything we needed, it was very comfortable and had a lovely garden for enjoying the sunshine. The family were great and very helpful before and during our exchange, we also looked after their pet rabbit which the children enjoyed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the family and location for future exchanges. Coote family 31st August 2015.
