A spacious family home in the suburbs of Rotterdam. Quiet and green neigbourhood of and vibrant city. Facilities and Public transport nearby.

We live in a modernised house built in the 30’s with all the old characteristics. The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 of them are children’s bedrooms with lots of toys, 1 master bedroom and a guest bedroom. We have a huge living room and a large kitchen with high ceilings and a fire place where we sit a lot in the evenings for dinner and nice conversations. Then we have a study room and a workout room. 2 bathrooms (one with a double rain shower and a relaxing bath tub) make sure there is always space to get ready.
In the front garden there are two swings and a trampoline for the kids. The back yard is set out for relaxing in the sun and having nice meals (bbq available).

Upper-class part of Rotterdam, the harbour city in the Netherlands, famous for modern achitecture.
When you walk out the back garden you immediately walk into a small square with several shops including a supermarket, a bakery, butchery, pharmacy and shops with special local products as meat , Dutch cheese and other delicacies.
When you walk out the front yard you walk into the bus stop and the tram stop to bring you to the city centre of Rotterdam in 20 minutes or to the train station from where you can travel to all the sight seeings The Netherlands have to offer. Since distances are small you can easily visit most of the things in day trips. Amsterdam is about 1 hour travelling by car and 1,5 by public transport.
If you want to go for a walk in nature there is a little forest 700 m from the house and a small river next to it. Also cycling possibilities are plenty as everywhere in the Netherlands. There is a horse riding school I’m the forest nearby.
Several swimming pools are available in the vicinity. Also swimming in lakes nearby is possible.

Cafes and shops are nearby. But if you really want to feel city life you go to Rotterdam city where there are countless restaurants, museums, theatres and all kinds of sight seeings.
