Portugal or Spain (near beach)

For June 2018 (1/6/18 - 23/6/19) we would like an exchange with a nice place near the beach where there is sun and a nice ambiance (not only for tourists).
It is possible to exchange cars and we also are fine caretakers of your small pets.
(smoking is possible in the garden)
Nederland: vr/za/zo maandelijks (evt do tm zo)
Graag hebben we elk laatste weekend van de maand, van donderdag/vrijdag tm zondag een ruil in Nederland met een voor ons onbekende omgeving. Ook hier is een huisdier geen bezwaar.
Bellen doen we graag, want stemmen vertellen heel veel.

We are Agnes and Erik, parents of an adult daughter, we live with our 1 older friendly cat. We are looking for nice people with a heart for cats and who will take care of this beauty.
In the past we did exchange our former house with homelink (several years untill 2010). So we do have experience in exchange houses.

Duivendrecht is against Amsterdam East, close to the centre. It has many opportunities to base everything that the Netherlands has to forgiven, to explore. However, the cat makes it necessary to overnight each day in our house.
Our family lives nearby, so it is possible to arrange 1 or 2 times that they are taking care of the cat and garden.
Also in an open contact, there is the possibility to use our 2 bikes, scooter,car or small boat.
