My home is located in the small city of Courtenay, British Columbia, Canada. It is on the east side of Vancouver Island on the Georgia Strait. It is an oceanside complex with beautiful gardens. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but sleeping 8, our house would be perfect for not only singles and couples, but families also. Walk directly out the door onto a pristine walking path, where you can watch the ocean life. When the tide is out you can walk for many kilometers on the beach. The local area offers world class skiing and mountain biking, year-round golfing, wineries, craft beer and spirits. To complete your stay, you can go whale watching, go on wildlife and deep sea fishing tours, kayaking, walking/hiking trails, walk on one of our many amazing beaches or dine at one of our excellent restaurants. Many exciting day trips for you to explore, as well as smaller islands which are accessible by short ferry rides. Driving distance to Victoria (2.5 hours) and Vancouver (3 hours by ferry). Local international airport in Comox YQQ. No garden care required.
