We've got a swap for this summer

Cosy and recently reformatted open loft house (70 m2 plus 20 m2 in the attic) in the center of Vilassar de Mar, with all the modern conveniences. Very quiet, and with friendly neighbours. It is in a pedestrian street, only occasionally for the cars of the residents.
The house, which is normally used by Aleix sr, is distributed as a loft, with wide and open spaces, and high ceilings. There can sleep five (even six, if children) people, three or four of them in the first floor and two of them in the attic. It is a sort of spacious loft (sorry, only the toilette door, no more), so you can enjoy its open spaces and corners.
There's also a 25 m2 garden-terrace with a spa pool, some plants and flowers, including a lemon tree, and a table to have meals in summer (in sunny days, even in winter).
The sea and the beach are only in a 5 min walk, and the market and shops are 2 min away. Also restaurants and bars in the area.
The train station is only 7 minutes away by foot.
