Unser 100 Quadratmeter großer Bungalow liegt am östlichen Ufer vom Ammersee in einem großen Garten, keine 3 Gehminuten vom See entfernt (ein Finn Dinghi und Kanu sind vorhanden)
Es ist das Kindheitshaus meines Mannes, seit 2018 leben wir hier permanent „draußen“, zuvor haben wir jahrelang in München gelebt. Es hat die ideale Größe für uns zwei.
Bad und Küche haben wir getauscht und einige Wände rausgehauen, Böden gefliest und Parket gelegt und auch im Keller haben wir einiges verändert, wir haben alles selbst gemacht, so ist es vielleicht nicht perfekt aber sehr persönlich. Deshalb haben wir auch lange überlegt, ob wir einen Haustausch überhaupt machen wollen aber diese Art Reise-Wundertüte hat uns dann doch überzeugt. Mein Mann ist Bildhauer und ich war fast 20 Jahre im Kulturbereich in einem der größten Museen Deutschlands tätig und spiele leidenschftlich Akkordeon. Wir freuen uns auf Interesse. Wie schön der See und die Landschaft hier sind, was man entdecken und wo man gut Essen kann, gerne gebe ich Tipps dazu aber auch einfach im Garten oder am See liegen – was will man mehr! Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwischen 7 und 8 Km erreichbar. Das berühmte "blaue Land" ist in 20 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar, die Zugspitze in ca. 1 Std. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten: München (per Auto ca. 45 Min), Kloster Andechs, usw.usw.

It's my husband's childhood home, we've been living here permanently "outside" since 2018, before that we lived in Munich for years. It's the ideal size for the two of us.
We swapped the bathroom and kitchen and knocked out some of the walls, tiled floors and laid parquet, and we also changed a few things in the basement, we did everything ourselves, so it may not be perfect but it is very personal. That's why we thought for a long time whether we wanted to do a home exchange at all, but this kind of travel grab bag finally convinced us. My husband is a sculptor and I worked in the cultural sector in one of the largest museums in Germany for almost 20 years and play the accordion passionately. We look forward to your interest. How beautiful the lake and the landscape is here, what you can discover and where you can eat well, I'm happy to give tips, but also just lie in the garden or by the lake - what more could you want! Good shopping facilities are between 7 and 8 km away. The famous "blue country" can be reached in 20 minutes by car, the Zugspitze in about 1 hour. Other sights: Munich (about 45 minutes by car), Andechs Monastery, etc.etc.
