The house is located is a nice and peacfull area, with only 3 km to the center of Denmarks old capital, Viborg, with more than 40.000 citizens. Only 1 km away, there is acces to a large forest area. Nearest supermarket is 2 km away, and a nice farm shop with local goods and foods only 500 m away. Only 8 km away, is a very unique and beautiful lake area called "Dollerup" which is rich with nice forrest areas, paths for walking and mountain biking, og for bathing.
