Our 1252 square ft home is situated on one floor with two spacious enclosed patios, one beautifully situated near a pond which attracts and has a constant population of ducks, egrets, geese, and smaller birds. The condo is a comfortable two bed/ 2 bath with major large en-
suite master bath and smaller bath for second bedroom, with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Efficient kitchen has lots of cooking equipment as we entertain a lot. The condo is full of colour and light, and furnishings are very inviting. Our community has 6 heated pools with hot tubs, one pool just steps from our door. Wonderful mountain views from both patios and great view from kitchen window. Very well run HOA and friendly neighbours. And although we want to swap specifically for London in June, 2020, we welcome offers from anywhere.
