Seeking long or short exchange in UK, due to Covid, simultaneous or non simultaneous, or house oe pet sit in warm climate during Winter months. I am a retired responsible lady 71 years old, who worked as a secretary and PA. I have had many several super exchanges and wonderful pet sitting experiences, so I am also willing to pet and house sit. I would probably bring a friend with me.
Easy to get here from Gatwick or Heathrow Airports. Whilst here it is easy walking everywhere. No need for a car and excellent bus service from outside the property. Very central. 5 mins walk to Beach. And many walks nearby. Near beach, small shops and countryside for walking.

Very central Shanklin : Walk everywhere. No car needed. 10 mins to beach. 5 Mins shops, pubs, restaurants. Bus stops outside. Train 5 mins. See the island by bus - easy.
I have a two bedroom house for exchange. Or sometimes a one bed annex next door.
The home has two bedrooms with double bed in one and two singles in the other. There is also my office. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over. Kitchen with all facilities, massive light kitchen with patio and large light lounge and hallway. The property has carpets and central heating and is immaculate.
7 Green Lane:. The property is immaculate and has everything you could need. There is a garden to front and rear and a patio at the rear.
My house is Home from Home. Ideal for walkers, golfers. Walk to Keats Green, Esplanade, Sandown. Bus to Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, Sandown Zoo, The Botanical Gardens, Ventnor to name a few places of interest'. I am open to all exchanges but would like to be near public transport.

I am an experienced exchanger having visited many places and countries in the past. My property can be rented if wished.
My house is very central to beach, town, shops, countryside. All transport nearby, including the train. You don't need a car, walk everywhere. The beach is 10 minutes walk and the so are the shops. Walk back from the pub.
Plenty of beautiful countryside, beaches. Fairly quiet. Interesting antique shops and restaurants. Villages, pubs. Easy transport from
Gatwick, Heathrow or Southampton airports.
You can visit 'The Needles', Alum Bay, Queen Victoria's Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, medieval churches.
Many miles of walking trails.
Shanklin is a small town with a few shops. We have many tourists. Lovely scenery and waterfront. Many bars have music.
7 Green Lane is set in a small road in central Shanklin with friendly neighbours. There is a public swimming pool.
5 mins to outdoor bowls. Again it is very central for everything.
