Ours is a duplex apartment in a NYC landmark brownstone district. There is a small private patio in back. We have a garaged car in NY and a house in southern Vermont that is also part of the trade. The apartment is convenient to public transportation and everything Manhattan has to offer. The house in Vermont has four bedrooms, a small pool for cooling off and a view of the mountains. It is near Brattleboro, Vermont which has good restaurants and an active art scene.
