My name is I-Chia, I'm a taiwanese who work in France. Me and my family would like to share our vacation apartment by the beach, to exchange your place for my family trips or their vacations.
I'm a graphic designer in France and my parents are retired teachers in Taiwan. Our mother language is mandarin but my mom speaks english as an ex-english teacher. We are very easy going and everything can be negotiate.

A vacation apparentement just 10 minutes by foot away from the beach, with a sea-view window and all kinds of facilities : warm-water swimming pool, bowling, billard, ping-pong, hot spring and steam sauna spa, kid chamber, KARAOKE...ect.
5 minutes from the port of sea food market,
7 minutes from the Yehliu Ocean World,
20 minutes from Keelung Night Market.

The district is a 3-building community (三普夢想家) and our flat is on the 11 floor, at the left side door when stepping out the elevator.
Our neighbours are kind and quiet. We have a security system and a gardien. And our community is at least 3 km from other communities.
We can easily reach the beach and there are plenty of restaurants in the district. The fishing port is just 5 minutes away and you can find all kinds of sea food restaurants there.
The community is on the mid-hight hill so if you are fan of hiking, there are many hiking tracks around; if you are looking for fishing spot or water leisure place, they're near by.
And for those surfing lovers, the international surfing spot is waiting for you in 10 km away.

9 minutes to the beach (翡翠灣海水浴場)
13 minutes to the water entertainment center : LONGWAN CLUB (浪灣親子海灘) which you can rent standup paddles/flyboard/water moto...and plenty of entertainments on the water.
11 minutes to the supermarket (全聯福利中心萬里店)
5-15 minutes to the restaurants near by
18 minutes to the sea food market of the fishing port (龜吼漁港)
By Bus / by car :
5 minutes to beach Wanli (萬里海水浴場) by car
6 minutes to the pastry shop Yanik (亞尼克甜點蛋糕) by car
9 minutes to the Dawulun fishing spot (大武崙漁港垂釣區) by car
12 minutes to the old town street (金山老街)
13 minutes to the international surfing spot (中角灣國際衝浪基地)
10-12 minutes to the national YehLiu Goepark (野柳海洋公園), which is a national preservative geographic park. There are plenty of special coach landscapes and stunning view of north coastline. (bus line : 790/862/1815)
(You can also visit the YeiLiu Ocean World which is the first ocean theme park at Taiwan)
20-45 minutes to Keelang night market. (bus line : 790/862)

Cosa ci piace, cosa non gradiamo… Ecco le regole in casa nostra.
It's an apartment in a building of the district so we need to refuse all kinds of events or celebrations inside the flat. You may invite friends for a meal or use the facilities (paying extra fee), please do not make noise after 22 o'clock because there are permanent residents in the building.
The hole interior space is forbidden to smoke, and also not suggested on the balcony. Our balcony is closed to our neighbour and we don't want to bother them. (You may do it outside on the grass in front of the building but please take away the buttons of the cigarettes.)
If you go to the beach, we beg you to decrease or clean up the sand while entering the apartment, because it will be very difficult to remove them, and the sand will stick to the drape, the towels and all kids of textile products, it will be uncomfortable for you as well.
