I am really happy to exchange homes, but I would prefer to exchange homes for at least two weeks.
my apartment is a small but good apartment (65 m2) near the center of Copenhagen. The apartment consists of a small bedroom with a wardrobe, a shelf and a bed for 1.5 (2) people (obs. 1.23 cm wide). The living room is furnished with both a small sitting area and a small eating area for 4 people - I have chosen teak furniture, see my pictures - there are access to a large balcony (there are room for only two people in my home, it could be close friends and of course married couples, as I can establish an extra bed, but there are probably only room to put it up in the living room (see my pictures). Therefore, I don't accept exchange for more than 2 people. The balcony faces north and there is a lot of light. It is closed by 10 glass doors that can be slid from the middle to the right and left respectively, and there are blinds, that can shield the sun, there is a pamphlet for you on how.
The view is beautiful, I you can see the top of Frederiksberg Town Hall, and below is a nice green area, where we also have benches, there are a nice big barbecue for common use.
The apartment also has a nice kitchen with everything you need incl. dishwasher. There is a fine but simple bathroom with shower. In the middle of the apartment is a nice, relatively large hallway, which I am happy about.
I like to offer car exchange, I have a 12 year old but safe C1 Citroen, with gear and clutch. Nothing modern about that ;)
You can access our laundry room and on my card you can wash and dry all your clothes before traveling on or returning home.
The only issues are - if you think so - that there is a daycare right in the yard - but it is a forest daycare - there is some noise around 1 hour in the morning from 8am and again 1 hour around 4pm. But there is no noise from traffic or anything from other tenants.
