5 bedroom detached house with garden on a quiet leafy cut-de-sac. We have a huge trampoline in the front garden and table tennis table in the garage and the lounge opens out onto the back garden which is surrounded by trees in Ladybrook Valley beyond our border. There are table and chairs on a patio to sit outside in the warmer weather. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining area , 2 separate living rooms both with TV (and Apple TV) , a separate toilet and a bedroom with a queen size double bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a utility room with was he and drier and ironing board. Upstairs there is 1 bathroom with shower and bath and toilet and 4 bedrooms. I x King size bed 1 x Queen and 2 rooms with single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans etc, induction hob,microwave and oven. The house is heated by a gas boiler , with radiators everywhere so its nice and warm in the cooler months.

5 bedroom detached house with garden on a quiet residential tree-lined cut-de-sac with easy access to Manchester city centre by train in 20 minutes and the Peak district and the rolling hills of Cheshire and the Lake District are within 30 to 90 mins. We are 20 mins drive from Manchester International Airport. London is 2 hours by train and York ( with its roman and Viking roots) is 90 mins by car . Bramhall village is 5 mins drive and there are shops and lots of restaurants or you can drive into Cheshire and visit many typical english villages , go for pub lunches, cycle . Manchester city centre is vibrant and bustling and you can shop, visit the theatre ,art galleries and museums.
