Elsa and I have done many exchanges from Berlin to London to Istanbul to New York City and Vancouver. Actually about 12 exchanges for another home in Los Angeles, which we sold and moved here four years ago and Love the area. We’re 30 minutes from the opera in San Francisco, 45 minutes from any great winery in Napa or Sonoma and 45 minutes to the beaches in West Marin. We go to the wineries once a month and it’s very easy to get to Napa. You can walk to the grocery store and there are great restaurants within walking distance. You can ferry to San Francisco or drive to Berkeley in 30 minutes. We have a wonderful spa with a beautiful view of Mount Tamalpais. If you like the San Francisco area this is a great location. Our house is composed of three bedrooms and three baths with two stories. We have our own business and Are both semi retired as our children run it, so we are very open to traveling. The only area of the world left to explore is South America, after many adventures is Asia and Europe. So if you want a great place to visit come to Northern California. We do like to travel and invite family to join us on our exchanges and of course open to you doing the same here.

Great place to enjoy both Napa in San Francisco and Northern California. Lots of great restaurants and easy access to everything. You will need a car. Sonoma is an hour away so all the great wineries are nearby and Napa and SF are close.
Our home is located in the heart of Marin. 20 to 45 minutes anywhere in San Francisco or Napa Valley. Berkeley is 30 minutes away. Sausalito is 20 minutes. We do have excellent restaurants within walking distance, lots of hiking trails and beautiful beaches nearby. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. A 5 person spa with a view and separate TV room.

Great hiking, biking and restaurants. All outside your door and walking distance.
Our neighborhood is extremely quiet And very friendly. San Anselmo is considered the heart of Marin And when we moved in our neighbors ran over and said we lived on the best street in San Anselmo. I must admit in the same wonderful spot. So many activities are available walking out the door! Biking, hiking, bicycling and Napa and San Francisco are very very close.

Please no smoking, loud parties should end by 10 pm. If you spa wear a bathing suit! This is not Marin of the 70's.
Although our grandchildren visit us with would need to and could do a bit of childproofing. It is really not a children’s house but quite comfortable if they’re watched after all it is two stories. Please no smoking. Groups of people are welcome for parties would be aware but you do have neighbors and the best time is to end by 10 thirtyish. Since it’s so beautiful here in the afternoons we tend to have our parties From 4 o’clock on
