My home is in a private, gated community. It is a one-story Townhouse with high vaulted wood ceilings, large Spanish-style floor tiles and a beautiful atrium. The floor plan is a wide, open, "Great Room". The LR, DR, Kitchen great room has double glass sliding doors. Every bedroom has glass sliding doors so very open, airy and bright! It is not your typical Florida-style home. I like to think that it almost is like living in a Swiss Chalet. My furniture is warm and inviting and very comfortable. A leather couch and loveseat with 4 reclining chairs. The master bedroom is very large with a master bath, double vanity and shower with shower door. The Guest Bedroom has a double sized bed and the 3rd room is a den with a convertible (comfortable) pull-out mattress. We have a beautifully landscaped, fenced-in, private back yard with patio and barbecue. We use Infinity/Comcast for wi-fi and TV and have all channels (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc.) There are 4 televisions - 3 wide screen in both bedrooms and the living room and a smaller sized on the kitchen counter.

There is a very lovely and private swimming pool and deck area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, with showers and bathroom, exclusive to our community (of approx 30 homes) almost directly across the street (approximately a 2 minute walk). The pool is usually very quite and tranquil as there are not many people utilizing at same time. Often we have the pool to ourselves. Children must be accompanied by adults to the swimming pool. Swimming pool closes at dark.

*You can utilize the Planet Fitness Gym, 5 minutes away, for a $39 one-time “annual fee” and then $10/mo that can be canceled at any time. So if you were to stay from a week to a month the total cost would be $49.00 to go as often as you like. The gym is open 7 days/week, 24 hours!!

**Smoking is allowed on back patio (private and fenced in). Step outside sliding glass doors of the "Great Room" to the patio (seen in photos).

***Since it is a gated community, noise level must be kept to a minimum before 7am and after 8pm.
